Hamkaran system chat bot motion graphics


In this project, the goal was to introduce the support chatbot in a way that clearly communicates one key idea: when users send a message to the support system, they are actually talking to a robot — not a human agent. That means they need to ask clear, structured, and precise questions to receive accurate answers. Instead of explaining this concept in a direct or instructional way, we brought the idea to life by featuring a “real robot” within the motion graphics. This creative approach made the message more engaging, more visual, and easier to understand — while subtly educating users on how to interact effectively with the chatbot.
